Hello and thanks for visiting my website!

If you know me, you know that I am very happy to be a Spartan!

I am also proud to have been born a Southerner. I feel very fortunate to have grown up in the beautiful Smoky Mountains region of Northeast Tennessee.

I attended Furman University and the University of Tennessee (Go Vols) earning B.S. and M.S. degrees before coming to Michigan State University.

At MSU, I earned a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration while working as a residence hall director.
